Before you start

The next step is a timed assessment. While you take it we record your answers, how long each one took, when the tab loses focus, and paste and copy events. We do this to keep the assessment fair for everyone, on the basis of our legitimate interest in hiring fairly — not consent, so you are not being asked to trade anything away.

Nothing is decided automatically: a person reads every application and makes every decision. Behavioural data is deleted after 30 days and applications after six months. You can ask us for a copy, ask for human review, or object, at [email protected].
